LUCID Futurism® respects visitor privacy. Hight Networks Inc. is associated with the LUCID Futurism® brand. This policy describes how information is collected, used, and protected through lucidfuturism.com, including newsletter subscriptions, website services, and optional analytics. It does not replace the privacy policies of separately operated services you visit through our links.

2. Information We Collect

Newsletter forms collect your email address and, where offered, your optional name. We also store your subscription status, signup time, consent choice, the page or form used to subscribe, and whether a welcome email was sent.

New subscriptions require your explicit agreement to receive newsletter emails. Optional analytics permission is a separate choice.

If you email us, your email provider and our receiving email service process your address, message, and any details or attachments you choose to send. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information that is not needed for your inquiry.

When your browser contacts our website or an external resource, the service receives technical connection information, such as an IP address and browser request information. Application errors may also be recorded for troubleshooting. If you accept analytics, Microsoft Clarity processes website interaction and device information as described below.

3. How We Use Information

We use subscription information to manage newsletter subscriptions, send a welcome email, and notify the website administrator of new signups. We use messages you send us to respond to questions, including speaking and booking inquiries. Technical information helps deliver the website, support administrator sign-in, resolve errors, and protect the site. Optional analytics helps us understand website use.

4. Newsletter and Email Services

Subscription records are stored through Lovable Cloud. Resend delivers signup welcome emails and administrator notifications. A notification includes your email address, optional name, signup source, and signup time.

To unsubscribe, email info@lucidfuturism.com from, or identify, the subscribed address. Requests are handled through our administrative process; this website does not provide an automated unsubscribe page. Previously unsubscribed or bounced addresses are not automatically reactivated by a signup form.

Our website’s newsletter export excludes unsubscribed and bounced records and records without a positive consent indicator. If you receive a promotional newsletter from a separate mailing service, use its unsubscribe option or contact us for assistance. Necessary security or administrative messages may be handled separately from promotional emails.

5. Analytics and Cookies

Microsoft Clarity is configured to load only on our published website after you explicitly accept optional analytics. It can collect pages visited, clicks, scrolling, device information, heatmaps, and session recordings. Advertising storage is denied in the Clarity consent configuration. Sensitive-content masking remains enabled, and the site does not send personal information through custom Clarity identifiers, tags, or events.

Your analytics choice is saved in this browser’s local storage. You can reject analytics or withdraw consent through the analytics privacy preferences control. Withdrawal reloads the page to stop collection. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals prevent Clarity activation. Analytics permission is separate from newsletter subscription and third-party video preferences.

Essential storage used for administrator authentication operates independently of optional analytics. Third-party resources, including videos, may use their own storage or cookies. Rejecting Clarity does not block all external services.

6. Embedded Content and External Services

YouTube videos load only after you activate a video’s visible control. No YouTube player or thumbnail is requested before activation. Activation connects your browser to YouTube using its privacy-enhanced player, where YouTube processes information under its own policies. Privacy-enhanced playback does not mean that no information is collected. This choice is separate from Microsoft Clarity analytics permission.

Google Fonts load from Google’s servers, which receive the browser requests needed to deliver those fonts.

Shop links take you to the separately operated Shopify-powered storefront at lucidfuturism.shop. Purchases, checkout, and storefront data are handled there rather than by this website’s newsletter form. Other linked services, including the Articles site and Dream Explorer, have their own information-handling practices. Review each destination’s privacy information before submitting details.

7. Information Sharing and Service Providers

Operating the website involves service providers. Lovable’s hosting and Cloud services support website delivery, database storage, and administrator authentication. Resend processes email addresses and message content for email delivery. The administrator’s email service processes subscription notifications and inquiries. Google processes font and video requests, and Microsoft processes optional Clarity analytics when permitted.

These providers process information needed to supply their services and may retain service records under their own terms and privacy practices. External services you visit have their own privacy policies.

8. Data Retention

We retain subscription records while needed to manage subscriptions and related requests. Unsubscribed and bounced records may remain so their status can be respected. Records do not automatically expire; no fixed retention period applies to all information.

Authorized administrators can change subscription status or delete an individual subscription record in response to a request. Removing that record does not automatically remove notification emails, provider records, logs, or backups. These systems have separate retention and deletion limits.

9. Your Privacy Choices

You can choose not to subscribe, provide optional details, or accept analytics. You can change your analytics choice in the privacy preferences control and request newsletter removal or other privacy assistance at info@lucidfuturism.com.

For an access, correction, or deletion request, describe the information concerned and the email address associated with it. We may need additional information to verify the request. Available action depends on the information, applicable requirements, and the systems holding it. An email request does not automatically erase records from every service or backup.

10. Children’s Privacy

Our creative and educational content may interest people of different ages. That does not mean children should submit personal information through the newsletter or email inquiries. Parents, guardians, or educators with concerns about information a child has submitted should contact info@lucidfuturism.com so the concern can be reviewed.

Educational content and event recaps do not establish permission to publish identifiable student photographs, recordings, or personal information. Such material requires a separate permission and rights review.

11. Data Security

Access to subscriber administration is restricted to authorized administrators. We validate signup information and use basic safeguards to reduce misuse. These measures help protect information, but no website or service can guarantee absolute security.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy when website services or information-handling practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Updates will be posted on this page.
